What happens to your data on this site

The form does not send us anything

The “Tell us about your case” form does not send what you type to any server of ours. What you write is used on your own device to compose a WhatsApp message or an email, and you decide whether to send it. If you close the page without sending it, it reaches no one and is recorded nowhere.

When you do send it, your message travels over WhatsApp or email, and from that point those services’ own terms apply as well.

What we do with what you send us

We use it to reply to you and to assess whether we can help. If the matter proceeds, it becomes covered by attorney-client privilege. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies: none

This site sets no cookies. That is not a figure of speech: the server sends none and the site’s code writes none.

One thing is stored in your browser, and it is worth saying so: the language you picked with the ES/EN switch, so we do not ask again on the next page. It is called “lang”, it lives only on your device, it never travels to any server and it disappears when you clear your browsing data.

No analytics, no trackers

We use no Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, and no social media pixels. We keep no record of who visits us or which pages they look at.

The map is loaded by Google

The home page and the contact page embed a Google Maps map. To draw it, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may use their own cookies. That happens when the page opens, even if you never touch the map.

It is the only content on the site that loads from outside. If you prefer to avoid it, you can block it in your browser or with an extension: the rest of the page works the same, and each office address is still written out as text.

Where the site is hosted

On Vercel. Like any web server, it logs the requests it receives — including the IP address — in order to run the service and protect it from abuse.

Your rights

Chilean data protection law gives you the right to know what data of yours we hold, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong and to ask us to delete it. From 1 December 2026, Law No. 21.719 applies and broadens those rights.

About this page

This describes the website, not the firm’s handling of client files, which is governed by attorney-client privilege and by each engagement. If any of the above changes, this page changes.
