Before you write

Does writing to you cost anything?

No. Tell us about your case and we will tell you whether we can help and how. Fees are discussed and agreed before any work begins.

How soon do you reply?

We review messages during business hours, Monday to Friday. If you write outside those hours, we reply the next business day.

What happens after I write?

We read your message, review the background and contact you to tell you whether we can help, what can be done and what we need from you.

Do I need to come to the office?

Not to get started. The first conversation can be over WhatsApp, email or phone. If the case calls for it, we arrange a meeting.
